In order to maintain our high standard of service, we require that payment is made at the time services are rendered, particularly for new clients. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. Many established clients prefer to keep a credit card on file.

In order to maintain our high standard of service, we require that payment is made at the time services are rendered. We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.

While we work with many insurance companies, it is important for horse owners to know that the owner/client is responsible for paying Southwest Equine directly for all medical services. We will send our PAID invoice and veterinary report form to your insurance company and the insurance company will reimburse you for your horse’s medical expenses within the limits of coverage of your horse’s policy.
